The Keith and Judy Swayne Foundation was established in 2004 and is headquartered in Orange County, California. The founders, Judy and Keith Swayne, have participated in the philanthropic community for decades and established the Foundation to engage younger family members in philanthropy and to address issues and needs in the community, especially those of the most vulnerable.
Judy Swayne founded the Orange County Community Foundation and served as its Executive Director from inception in 1989 until her retirement in 1999. She has served on numerous non-profit boards and received extensive recognition for her leadership roles in the non-profit community and as an advocate for women’s issues.
Keith Swayne served as the CEO of Case Swayne Co. and it’s successor company International Food Solutions, a subsidiary of BestFoods/Unilever. He has served and continues to serve on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards. He has an avid interest in the outdoors and the preservation of wilderness areas.
